Depression Support Group

A supportive weekly group for individuals managing depression. Learn evidence-based coping strategies, share experiences, and build a foundation of resilience with others who understand.

Receive an overview of group guidelines, confidentiality expectations, and what to expect in your first session.

Join Your Group

Attend your first session. Groups meet on a regular schedule at our Prescott clinic. Some groups may offer hybrid attendance.
